We’ve heard of past life stories from many different people. In an article from the University of Virginia, anecdotes from some children aged 2 to 5 report memories of a past life they claim to have lived. These memories are said to offer a way to understand baffling memories and fears. Often, these imprints may emerge as déjà vu.

By definition, reincarnation is the belief that the soul is reborn into new bodies across lifetimes.
